Between winter and spring...

I met Tim and Anne at the top of Montmartre on a Saturday morning in March. We saw the sun rise over Paris, from one of my favourite spots to photograph... on the steps in front of the Sacré Coeur. Then we wandered through the quiet streets and headed down to Palais Royal, where we were met with blooming magnolias. What a delight! Despite the chill in the air, we could feel spring upon us. Next, was the Louvre and the Tuilerie gardens and finally the river Seine. This was such a beautiful session! It was a grey and cold but the light was gorgeous and soft, so perfect for a couple's session. Thank you Anne and Tim for this wonderful winter morning in Paris!
